Omar Kholeif
Omar Kholeif is an Egyptian-born writer, curator and editor based in London. Most recently, he was Curator at FACT, Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, Liverpool.
He is a Curator at Cornerhouse and HOME, Manchester; and an Artistic Director at the Arab British Centre, London. He is Founding Director of the UK’s only recurring ‘Arab Film Festival’ and leads and curates, The White Building, London's centre for art and technlogy.
Kholeif is Senior Editor of www.ibraaz.org, and was a co-founding editor of Portal 9, a journal of architecture and urbanism. He most recently co-edited, Vision, Memory and Media (Liverpool University Press, 2010) and Far and Wide: Nam June Paik (LEA, 2013).
