Osvaldo González-Sepúlveda

Osvaldo González-Sepúlveda is a clinical psychology student as well as an award-winning filmmaker. He received the award for Best National Short Film for The Dead Man by the Cinefiesta Film Festival at the Puerto Rico Museum of Art. In 2009, he completed his first feature film entitled Let Bygones…, which premiered on the Havana Film Festival and was praised by critics. As a Ph.D. candidate at the Ponce Health Sciences University, he works as a research assistant for the Puerto Rico heavy metal studies, which, as a team effort, produced the documentaries The Distorted Island and The Metal Islands.
