Patricia Keller
Patricia Keller is Assistant Professor in the Romance Studies Department at Cornell University, where she researches and teaches modern and contemporary Spanish cultural studies, literature, film and photography. Currently she is completing a book manuscript – ‘Ghostly Landscapes: Film, Photography, and the Aesthetics of Haunting in Contemporary Spanish Culture’ – that examines the relationship between ideology, spectrality and visual culture in Fascist and post-Fascist Spain. She is beginning research for her second book project on contemporary Spanish photography, wounds and ethics.
