Patsey Bodkin
Patsey Bodkin is a lecturer in art education in the School of Education at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. Her specializations are initial teacher education and continuing professional development of second-level art teachers and primary teachers. Prior to joining the School of Education, she worked as a secondary school art teacher for twenty years, teaching art, craft and design and the history and appreciation of art. Since 2019, she has served as secretary of the International Society for Education through Art and chairs the Learning Teaching and Professional Development Working Group.
