Pernilla Sandvik
Pernilla Sandvik is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics of Uppsala University. She has a background in both food and business studies and prior to pursuing her Ph.D. in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics she worked at the Swedish National Food Agency. Her research focuses on development of healthy eating habits, especially from a sensory perspective.
