Pete Collard

Pete Collard is a contemporary design and architecture curator, writer and researcher, who has worked at several leading museums and institutions in the United Kingdom including the Design Museum, the British Council and the V&A. He is currently a Ph.D.candidate at Kingston University studying the uses of film in exhibitions of architecture, working towards a new theoretical methodology of representation and spatial perception. As a curator he has worked on exhibitions across Europe and the United States. Projects include: Designs of the Year, Design Museum, London (2013); Austurland: Designs from Nowhere, Spark Design Space, Reykjavik (2014); Life on Foot, Design Museum, London (2015); This is Green River, John Wesley Powell River Museum, Utah (2015) and Labor, Lisbon Architecture Triennial (2016). Peter has also worked on a number of architectural film studies, documenting the work of Louis Kahn, Erno Goldfinger and Richard Neutra among others.
