Poyraz Kolluoglu
Poyraz Kolluoglu is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Work at Istanbul Aydin University. His research interests focus on, among most other things, social policy and development, social movements, social work, critical theory, sociology of music, sociology of health, social anthropology, popular culture, gender and human rights. He has also participated in various research projects on migration and refugee, as well as in activist-policy dialogues in various roles. In 2019, he won the Promising Young Scientist Award from the Ortak Yasamı Destekleme Dernegi.
