Rachel Akusika Thompson
Rachel Akusika Thompson is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Humanities, Languages and Social Science, Griffith University, Australia. Her major research interest is the use of language in the electronic media in Ghana. She is also interested in understanding discourse in cultural contexts, the study of (im)politeness and discourse analysis across various domains such as politics, health and language contact situations.
