Rachel Weissbrod
Rachel Weissbrod holds a Ph.D. in translation studies from Tel Aviv University. Her areas of research include theory of translation, literary translation into Hebrew, film and TV translation and the interrelation between translation and other forms of transfer. Her articles were published in Target; The Translator; Meta; Babel; Jostrans; Across Languages and Cultures; Journal of Adaptation in Film and Performance; Translation Studies and more. Her book Translating the Visual – A Multimodal Perspective (with Ayelet Kohn) was published by Routledge in 2019.
