Rachelle Bosua
Rachelle Bosua is an assistant professor in information science at the Open University of The Netherlands, and an Honorary Snr. Fellow in the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is a co-author of the Oxford University Press book: Knowledge Management in Organizations: A Critical Introduction (2018). Her research concentrates on the role of the IT artefact in many different contexts: as an enabling and supportive element in new emerging forms of work, a supportive element to share and manage knowledge, and a mechanism that facilitates chronical illness journeys through social media platforms and tools. In addition, her research also concentrates on the leakage of knowledge and regulatory aspects that relate to the privacy of personal data/information.
