Randolf Reimann
Randolf Reimann has had much experience with electronic music and ‘not so’ conventional rock formulas, performing live at festivals such as Big Day Out, Splendour in the Grass, Come Together and Peats Ridge Festival to name a few. He has released many CDs, LPs and singles over a career that started in 1985 as vocalist for Sydney hardcore/punk band Massappeal (http://www.deafsparrow.com/The-Massappeal-Story.htm) and electronic programmer for Byron Bay electro pop band Kolliope (http://www.inthemix.com.au/music/24526/Kolliope_Oracles_and_Glands). He has worked with people with disabilities for over fifteen years, and began TraLaLa Blip in 2008 (http://www.tralalablip.com/). Members of TraLaLa Blip have performed and delivered workshops at Brisbane’s Disembraining Machine, Byron Bay Community Centre, Newcastle’s Electro Fringe festival, Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum, Sydney’s Performance Space/Club House, Queensland University Of Technology and Griffith University.
TraLaLa Blip have produced the CD Soundbeam Sessions Volume 1, appeared on the international compilation Wild Things Vol. 2, produced a remix for UK punk band Heavy Load, and had remixes completed of their own works by artists from around the world. Randolf is also an active mentor for the Arts Northern Rivers ArtStart programme (http://www.artsnorthernrivers.com.au/pages/projects-artstart).
