Rena Mehta
Dr Rena Mehta has mentored the project, authored the research paper and is currently an associate professor and research head of design at the Indian Institute of Crafts and Design in Jaipur, India. With her extensive research experience, she has published numerous impactful articles in reputable scientific journals, nationally and internationally. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several noteworthy projects funded by organizations such as the University Grants Commission, Textile Committee and Khadi Gramya. Her core areas of interest encompass research and documentation of crafts and design, product development and sustainable design development in apparel and textiles.
