Robert Hassan is Senior Lecturer in the Media and Communications Program at the University of Melbourne. He has published widely in the intersections of media technologies, politics and the social theory of time. His latest book is Age of Distraction (Transaction Publishers) 2012. He is Editor of Time & Society.
