Robert Meffe

Robert Meffe’s Broadway credits include associate conductor of Little Women and the last six years of Les Misérables, and keyboards for Evita (2012 revival), Newsies, The Phantom of the Opera, Avenue Q, Spelling Bee, Grey Gardens and Bombay Dreams. On national tours, he served as music director for Evita and The Phantom of the Opera and associate conductor of Les Misérables and Sunday in the Park with George. Off-Broadway, he was involved with Myths and Hymns, Violet, The Prince and the Pauper and Gutenberg! The Musical!. On television, he has worked on the shows Encore! (Disney+), Earth to America (TBS) and Renee Fleming: Live at Lincoln Center (PBS). Meffe is the head of the MFA Musical Theatre Program at San Diego State University.
