Roberto Chiesi
Film critic and head of the Pier Paolo Pasolini Research Center and Archive of Cineteca di Bologna, Roberto Chiesi is a member of the board committee of the international review Studi Pasoliniani and the editorial committee of the periodical Cineforum. He is also a collaborator on the Rai Radio 3 radio programme Wikiradio. He writes for the periodical Segnocinema. He edited the DVD edition of ten films from the Bergman Collection series for BIM and the Cineteca di Bologna editions of La rabbia (2008), Appunti per un’Orestiade africana (2009, DVD and book), L’Oriente di Pasolini (2011), Accattone (2015), My Cinema (2015) and the DVD edition of Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma (2015). He is the author of the books 8 ½ di Federico Fellini (Gremese, 2018), Il cinema di Ingmar Bergman (Gremese, 2018) and Pasolini: Il fantasma del presente (1970–1975) (Vallecchi, 2022), among others.
