Rodney Tiffen
Rodney Tiffen is an emeritus professor in government and international relations at the University of Sydney. He is the author or co-author of eleven books and has published over 90 scholarly articles and book chapters. His most recent book is the co-authored How America Compares (Springer, 2020). He was a visiting professor in Australian studies at the University of Tokyo (1984–86); acted as an observer of South Africa’s media during that country’s first democratic election (1994); conducted three reviews of the ABC’s international broadcaster Radio Australia (1989, 1995, 1997); and worked with the Independent Finkelstein Inquiry into the Media (2011–12).
