Rodolfo Gutiérrez Simón
Rodolfo Gutiérrez Simón is professor in the Department of Philosophy and Society of the Complutense University of Madrid. His Ph.D. thesis, ‘Ortega y Gasset and North American pragmatism’, received an Extraordinary Doctorate Award in 2019. His latest publications are Between Texts and Contexts: Essays on Contemporary Spanish Philosophy (Guillermo Escolar Editor, 2022) and ‘The individual, education, masses and democracy: Ortega and Dewey in the Weimar years’ in J. Maiso (ed.), Perspectives on Weimar and the Interwar Crisis (1918–33) (Cenaltes, 2022).
