Roger Nygard
Roger Nygard’s new book Cut to the Monkey (Applause Books, 2021) is about making and editing hit comedy series. Nygard has edited Emmy-nominated episodes of Veep, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Who Is America? He has also directed TV series including The Office and The Bernie Mac Show and feature films such as the car-sales cult-film Suckers and the documentaries Trekkies, Six Days in Roswell, The Nature of Existence and The Truth About Marriage. Most recently, he edited the documentary series The Comedy Store, Season 11 of Curb Your Enthusiasm and the miniseries The White House Plumbers.
