Ruth Pethybridge
Ruth Pethybridge is a dance researcher and senior lecturer in dance at Falmouth University, Cornwall, United Kingdom. Ruth’s research interests centre on the politics of participation, and she is passionately curious about the ways in which dance practice intersects with social justice. She regularly publishes and presents on these themes internationally. Ruth is a board member of People Dancing and also a curatorial team member and unit leader for the MA dance participation, communities and activism at London Contemporary Dance School. Her podcast Dance Futures has run for three series. Most recently she has worked as a creative practitioner and senior investigator on the ATTUNE project.
