Sadiq Khalil Abid
Sadiq Khalil Abid is a consultant and Executive Director at the Iraqi Prime Minister’s Office. He has been a lecturer of architecture at Wasit University. He earned his Ph.D. in architecture from Sheffield University (2016) with a dissertation entitled ‘An Examination of Heritage Protection in the Pilgrimage City of Najaf’. His interests include heritage protection, conservation practices, and the management of the built environment. He received his MSc in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Technology in Baghdad (2008).
