Sanneke Huisman
Sanneke Huisman is an art historian (MA), working as a critic, writer, curator and (guest) teacher in the field of contemporary art and media art. She is an editor of the volume A Critical History of Media Art in the Netherlands: Platforms, Policies, Technologies (Jap Sam Books, 2019), a multi-perspectival exploration of the Dutch media art since 1985. She has written for Metropolis M, De Witte Raaf and Kunstbeeld and has given guest lectures about video art and digital art at art academies and universities in the Netherlands, including KABK, ArtEZ, Leiden University, VU University and UvA.
