Sayedeh Babooneh Rastgooyan

Sayedeh Babooneh Rastgooyan (BA, MA, DBA) has a master’s degree in dramatic literature from the University of Tehran, a bachelor’s degree in dramatic literature from Tehran University of Arts and a DBA certificate from the University of Tehran. He has twenty years of experience in theatre and television and has had many performances in Iran and abroad. His bachelor’s thesis is the play ‘Review of the life of a man with glass eyes’ based on the life of her father, who passed away of his wounds from the Iran–Iraq War. Her master’s thesis has also been done on the subject of ‘Interpretation of Zagros myths/legends with a focus on the girl Dal’. In recent years, Babooneh has devoted her time to writing plays and researching the field of storytelling and its role in management. She is co-publishing the book Twenty Steps to Employment in Iran: For Women (Payame Noor University, 2023–24) with Dr Ehsan Farzin Abdehgah and a translation and writing book on storytelling.
