Seamus Simpson
Seamus Simpson is professor of media policy in the School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology at the University of Salford, United Kingdom. He has written widely on international media governance, including the volumes Regulation, Governance and Convergence in the Media (Edward Elgar, 2018) with Peter Humphreys and Global Standards Setting in Internet Governance (Oxford University Press, 2020) with Alison Harcourt and George Christou.
