Shalini Aggarwal

Dr Shalini Aggarwal, alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, is an associate professor of finance at Chandigarh University and has about eighteen years of industry and teaching experience. She has been awarded a letter of appreciation for the smooth conduct of the events at various instances. She has presented various articles in conferences including IIM Lucknow, IIM Bangalore, IIM Shillong and IIM Kashipur. She has published 25 articles and five case studies. Out of which six articles including case studies have been published in Scopus index and ABDC listed journal. She has authored two edited books of Taylor and Francis (under process). Further she has contributed towards the book chapter in Taylor and Francis book entitled ‘Crowdfunding in financial acumen’. Presently, she is working on two funded projects with IIM, Ahmedabad. She has completed one minor research project entitled ‘Impact of Self Help Groups on Social, Economic and Political Empowerment of Women: A Case of Ghaziabad District’ financed by Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, in December 2016. She has worked most on quantitative data and has good knowledge of various tools like: SPSS, R, AMOS and Eviews. She has an excellent project management and organizational skills and is highly proficient in spoken and written English. She has taken guest lectures in various renowned institutes in India and chaired sessions in various conferences and seminars. She has six copyrights in her name.
