Shalini Sahni
Dr Shalini Sahni is an academician with over fifteen years of diversified experience in teaching and research and is currently working as director and founder – Koach Scholar. She is an international certified trainer for PPA, human job analysis and emotional quotient from Thomas assessments. Her articles are published in Sage, Springer, J Gate and Proquest and are listed in Scopus and ABDC category of journals. She is an editorial board member of the international peer-reviewed journal, Business Management and Strategy (BMS, ISSN: 2157-6068) and is an ad hoc reviewer for various ABDC journals like the International Journal of Consumer Studies, FIIB Review, South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management, Prestige Journal of Management, etc.
