Siri Senje

Siri Senje holds an MFA in stage directing and a practice-based doctorate in screenwriting from the Norwegian Film School, as a part of the national ‘Norwegian Artistic Research Programme’. She practiced extensively as a stage director and dramaturg at Norwegian residential theatres before turning to screenwriting and serving as a script advisor at the Norwegian Film Institute. Siri has written for theatre, film and television, and has published two books for adolescents. Her most recent work was A Man Immortal, written for NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation). She is currently a professor in screenwriting at Westerdals Oslo ACT, where she partakes in the development of a new screenwriting programme.
