Sophie Benoit
Sophie Benoit, MAAT, is an HCPC registered art therapist who trained and graduated at the University of Hertfordshire. Sophie gained clinical experiences working with depression and anxiety, attachment concerns and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with adults, families and young people. Following graduation in 2015, she developed a blended private art therapy practice, working in two locations: London and Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). Sophie’s art therapy practice focuses on adapting attachment theory (Bowlby and Ainsworth) to a blended art therapy practice (online and face-to-face). She is a digital artist, having an interest in e-health and virtual reality mental health treatment.
