Sophie Boyd

Dr Sophie Boyd is an interdisciplinary researcher and group singing leader. Her practice-led research focuses on singing and breathlessness with a singing-for-breathing group that she leads. At the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Sophie is currently leading a project on creative health, as well as working on Scotland’s Singing for Health Network, where she has been developing accessible knowledge exchange to highlight the role of singing for health in sustainable social prescription models.
