Stacy M. Jameson
Stacy M. Jameson holds a Ph.D. in cultural studies from the University of California, Davis, and completed an Andrew W. Mellon Post-Doctoral fellowship with the Jackman Humanities Institute at the University of Toronto. She is co-author of the book Strip Cultures: Finding American in Las Vegas (Duke University Press, 2015) and teaches classes with the Film Media programme at the University of Rhode Island. Her work engages a wide range of related questions about food, embodiment and the senses in American film, television and mass culture.
