Stephen Baranski
Stephen Baranski is a doctoral student at New York University. In addition to presenting at North Texas State University, New York University's Forum on Assessment and Arts Education, and TI:ME's National Convention, his vocal groups have performed at Connecticut Music Educators Association conferences. Steve currently accompanies the New York City-based ensemble the West Side Singers, and has served as a pianist on Broadway for Phantom of the Opera, and off-Broadway for the Sullivan Street production of The Fantasticks. For his development and application of technology-based innovation in learning, Mr. Baranski received the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium's Teacher Innovation Award. Steve is a cooperating teacher and mentor for the Westport, Connecticut school district where he currently teaches. He holds a MM from the Manhattan School of Music.
