Stephen P. Groff
Stephen P. Groff is an economist and governor of the National Development Fund. He was previously ranking vice-president of the Asian Development Bank and also served as deputy director for development cooperation at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and as deputy vice-president for operations at the Millennium Challenge Corporation. He has also worked for the US Agency for International Development, the US Refugee Program and as a US Peace Corps volunteer. He is a graduate of Yale College, the Kennedy School at Harvard University and Erasmus University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
