Steven L. Reagles
Steve Reagles, professor of religious studies and communication at Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato, Minnesota, discovered his first coverless, “pulped” copy of McLuhan’s Gutenberg Galaxy, at a lone Special Forces outpost, in 1969, near the Seven Sisters Mountains, in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. His latest research is exploring relationships between the psycho-dynamics of Greco-Roman “inner screen” orality and contemporary “external screen” visuality.
