Suhasini Gopi
Suhasini Gopi is also known as Suhasini Gazula. Suhasini is currently a Ph.D. student and is researching the information seeking behaviour of culturally diverse students in New Zealand. Before she immigrated to Aotearoa New Zealand, she worked for ten years as a head librarian at Saint Alphonsa’s College of Education, Hyderabad, India. For the past nineteen years, she has worked at academic organization libraries in different roles, such as postgraduate librarian for health, science, engineering and research; assistant librarian-information literacy and currently, as education liaison librarian. Her education and work experiences as an international staff member in the library with multicultural users positions her to understand the needs of a diverse cohort such as migrant international and domestic students.
