Susan Hetherington is a veteran newspaper journalist having worked in Australia and in London before moving into academia more than a decade ago. She continues to have strong industry links working with Australian Provincial Newspapers as a mentor to talented young staff and for the past eight years has been a weekly contributor to ABC Radio Brisbane.
