Suzane Weber da Silva
Suzane Weber da Silva (Suzi Weber – artistic name) earned her Ph.D. from Études et pratiques des arts, at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Canada. She has a master’s degree in human movement sciences and a bachelor degree in performing arts at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul), Porto Alegre, Brazil. She is a professor at UFRGS since 1996, teaching and supervising Ph.D. and master’s candidates in the performing arts programme. She is also an actress and contemporary dancer. She received a grant from the Brazilian Ministry of Education to conduct postdoctoral research at C-DaRE, Coventry University.
