Swantje Höft
Swantje Höft is pursuing a Ph.D. in comparative gender studies at the Central European University in Vienna. Her thesis is about feminist labour unionism of domestic and cleaning workers in Spain. She holds degrees in applied arts, sociology (BA) and gender studies (MA), having studied in Barcelona, Paris and Vienna. She worked at the equal opportunities group at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and the Department of Feminist politics of the Austrian Student Union. She is part of the artistic collectives I KNOW I CARE and SquART. In 2020, she took part in the publication on the exhibition I KNOW I CARE: Notes on Female* Reproductive Labour, which also included the work of other art collectives and scholars.
