Sydney Hoffmann
Sydney Hoffmann is in the process of earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky in human health sciences. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she plans to work to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She has assisted on research projects that include using a brain imaging tool, EEG, to detect cognitive impairment in older adults to discover possible preventive treatments, and examine the prevalence rate of CNS analgesics administered within the emergency department and at discharge for patients with an isolated ankle sprain in Kentucky. She has presented her research findings at both a national and an international level.
