Sylvia Chong
Dr. Sylvia Chong is currently the Deputy Head, Office of Academic Quality Management, National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore. She is concurrently an Associate Professor of Visual and Performing Arts at NIE. Her current research interests focus on the role of community music on education as well as teacher quality and effectiveness.
