Tendai Mtukwa
Tendai Mtukwa is an applied theatre practitioner from South Africa. She is particularly interested in using drama in community contexts with the objective of activism and therapy. Her research interests include using applied theatre to facilitate human rights education, gender-based violence and participation in democratic processes, including peace-building and conflict transformation. This project was carried out in a freight container in a squatter settlement in Johannesburg.
