Theophilus Peculiar
Theophilus Peculiar recently graduated with a Master of Arts in journalism from the Department of Journalism at the Ghana Institute of Journalism as the best student in journalism. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies (journalism) degree from the same university.
