Toni Attard
Toni Attard is the founder and director of Culture Venture, an arts advisory and production firm. He holds an M.Sc. in cultural management (QMU, Edinburgh) and a Bachelor of Communications (Hons.) (Melit.). He was the director of Strategy at Arts Council Malta and has co-authored Malta’s creative economy strategy and national cultural policies. Toni is active in international advocacy for the arts and is a co-founder and board member of the Cultural Policy Designers Network. He is a founding member of Opening Doors, an NGO for artists with learning disabilities. He is currently the vice-president of Malta Entertainment Industry and Arts Association.
