Urszula Kizelbach
Urszula Kizelbach is an assistant professor in the Department of Studies in Culture at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. She specializes in Shakespeare theatre studies and literary pragmatics, in particular the pragmatic analysis of Early Modern drama. She is a contributor to Reviewing Shakespeare, the first website devoted to scholarly reviews of worldwide Shakespearian performance, which is run by Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and The University of Warwick. She is also a review editor of Studia Anglica Posnaniensia: An International Review of English Studies. She has published a book on power in politics in Shakespeare’s history plays, titled The Pragmatics of Early Modern Politics: Power and Kingship in Shakespeare’s History Plays (Brill, 2014).
