Valerie Hémar-Nicolas

Valerie Hémar-Nicolas is associate professor of management (Ph.D. adviser qualification) and member of the research centre RITM in economics and management, at Paris-Saclay University, France. Her research interests focus on food consumption and children consumer socialization. She took part in Marketing to Children and Obesity (MarCo), a research programme funded by the French ‘Agence Nationale de la Recherche’ (ANR) and collaborated in the ‘Smag for Livet’ project in Denmark. She currently participates in Consumption & Representations of Insects – Knowledge on their Edibility in Europe (CRI-KEE), funded by the ANR.
