Vicensia Shule
Vicensia Shule is a senior lecturer at University of Dar es Salaam’s Department of Creative Arts and a principal researcher in the evaluation. She has been researching art and media issues in relation to the specific country for many years. She did a large bulk of the data collection for the initial evaluation.
