Viktor Chagas
Viktor Chagas is a professor and researcher at the Communication Postgraduate Program at Universidade Federal Fluminense (PPGCOM-UFF), associate member of the National Institute of Science and Technology for Digital Democracy (INCT.DD) and Ph.D. in history, politics and cultural assets at Fundação Getulio Vargas (CPDOC-FGV).
