Vita Sleigh
Vita Sleigh is an independent human–animal relations researcher with an interdisciplinary practice comprising illustration, research, activism and creative writing. Longstanding involvement in grassroots animal justice movements informs and is informed by this thinking, in combination with anarcha-feminist and queer theory and praxis, while their illustration practice offers creative and playful approaches to research. Across disciplines, Vita is compelled by practices which foreground deep attention to relational ethics as a method of worldbuilding.
