Waltraud Gläser is a systemic organizational consultant, change manager, facilitator, coach, trainer and sparring partner for decision-makers and executives. Process facilitation in VUCA times is close to her heart. She is curious about what moves companies and people in organizations. She was able to sharpen her view from different angles during her time as, among other things, an executive, head of a profit centre in sales, business development manager and member of the supervisory board of a listed company. Through her experience and way of thinking she has an innovative toolset to accompany change and transformation.
