Weston Baxter

Weston Baxter is an associate professor of design engineering at Imperial College London where he leads the Interaction Foundry, an interdisciplinary research group that explores the intersection of behaviour, design and organizational or societal challenges. He has a strong interest in developing behavioural design processes and methods including ritual design. Through his consulting, Weston leads projects and training on a range of behavioural design topics from food consumption and public health to the future of work and placemaking. He also has an affiliation with the Royal College of Art where he is the first-year lead for the Innovation Design Engineering master’s programme run jointly with Imperial College.
