Wieland Schwanebeck
Wieland Schwanebeck is an assistant professor working at the Institute of English and American Studies at TU Dresden (Germany). His fields of interest include impostor characters, gender and masculinity studies, the twin motif and adaptation. His publications include the Metzler Handbook of Masculinity Studies (co-edited with Stefan Horlacher and Bettina Jansen, 2016), Reassessing the Hitchcock Touch (2017), Patricia Highsmith on Screen (co-edited with Douglas McFarland, 2018), Literary Twinship from Shakespeare to the Age of Cloning (2020), and chapters in Adaptation, Clues, and Literature/Film Quarterly.
