Wilberforce S. Dzisah
Wilberforce S. Dzisah is a senior lecturer and head of Department for Liberal Arts and Communication Studies in the School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in communication and media research from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom.
